Features Of Our Juices

Organically Grown Fruit

The fruits used in our juice are grown using low-intervention farming methods, from avoiding pesticides to cultivating plants with a natural resistance to pests and diseases.

Lack of Preservatives

Like most juice-makers, we add a small amount of Vitamin C to limit discolouration in our juices. Otherwise, there are no preservatives or colourings in any of our juices - just 100% pure juice straight from the fruit.

Sweet Taste Without Needing Excess Sugar

Our elderflower cordial also contains small amounts of sugar to counter the natural bitterness of Elderflower. Otherwise, the sweetness in our juices are 100% derived from the natural sugars present in the fruits.

How Our Juice Is Made (Hover To Read)

  • Step 1: Growing The Fruit

    What began in the 80s as fifteen acres of apples and pears has grown to a 200+ acre farm that produces a wide variety of fruits.

    Our farm has been chemical and pesticide-free since 2000. We intervene as little as possible by working with nature and cultivating plants with a natural resistance to pests and diseases.

  • Step 2: Pick The Fruit

    Our fruit trees can grow for many years and only require pruning and feeding to ensure a good crop each autumn. All other plants ae subject to crop rotation, which means our harvest are ongoing al yer round.

    After harvetst, the soll gets churned so the remaining roots are ploughed in, returning nitrogen and other nutrients back to the ground.

  • Step 3: Bottle The Juice

    Our juices are pressed, bottled and packed on the farm within a mile or two of where the fruit was picked. Each batch is tasted by a member of our team before bottling, ensuring that we deliver the same outstanding quality and great taste in every bottle.
