These sprays of tiny white flowers make the most delightful cordial, which we blend in with our apple juice to produce a subtle floral, summery note. Enjoy on its own or for a grown-up twist with a shot of vodka and a squeeze of lime it makes the most fantastic Apple Elderflower Martinis.
